Hi All,

 

On Monday 12 September a tribunal was held to hear an alleged complaint of
unsportsperson like conduct. The player was found guilty of striking and was
suspended for a period of time.

The tribunal noted that the conduct was not intentional but did result in a
significant injury that required medical attention.

The Committee would like to remind all TUHA players that our wonderful sport
is there to be enjoyed by all and that each player has a duty of care to all
others that they play with and against. Nobody wants to injure someone or be
injured so please think about how you play, particularly against those that
are physically smaller or less skillful than you.
