[Uwh-announce] Annual General Meeting 2022

Hi TUHA members,

 

The Annual General Meeting for the Tasmanian Underwater Hockey Association
will be held on 2 November 2022 at 7:51 in-between the first and second
games. The draft minutes from 2021 is attached.

 

All Committee positions will become vacant and a new Committee will be
elected.

If you wish to nominate for a position please send your signed nomination,
co-signed by 2 members of TUHA via email to tasunderwaterhockey at gmail.com

Nominations can be made on the night in person.

Positions are:

*	president
*	vice-president
*	treasurer
*	secretary
*	chief referee
*	equipment officer
*	development officer
*	webmaster & media officer
*	state team Co-ordinator 
*	member protection information officer (pending special resolution
acceptance)
*	one general committee members

 

PLEASE NOTE

At this AGM there will be a special resolution to pass a three small changes
to the Association's Constitution see attached in yellow.

*	The position of one general committee member on the committee will
be replaced with a position named member protection information officer.
(section 10.3(1)(b)(vi) of the constitution).
*	Added rule 10.3(5) - An Ordinary Committee Member can hold one other
Committee position
*	Added rule 10.2(6) - An Officer of TUHA may only hold one position
of Officer but can hold one other Ordinary Committee Member position

hesitate to contact a Committee member.
