[Uwh-announce] Update to TUHA By-Laws - addition of Code of Conduct

Hi All,

Thanks primarily to the hard work of Briody Hilder, our Association's Member Protection Information Officer (and with assistance from other Committee members), the TUHA By-Laws have been updated with the addition of a Code of Conduct. The Code of Conduct appears as an Appendix (Section 19) in the By-Laws doc, a copy of which is attached.

Although Pennant 2 is almost at its end, we strongly encourage all our members to have a read of the Code of Conduct.
