[Uwh-announce] Important reminders

 Hi All,

Just a few reminders to all players:


  *    It is a requirement that the team allocated for set-up do the set-up and that the Grade allocated for pack up do the pack up, on Wednesday nights.  Do not leave it just for the Committee to do;
  *    If any teams are forfeiting and are on set-up they need to advise the Committee beforehand;
  *   Games are required to be started 7.15pm on Wednesdays and lane ropes will be pulled out at 7pm.  If we are late in setting up, teams playing in the first games will have a reduced game time. We have contractual obligations to the DKHAC to ensure we are on time. We do get charged for going overtime. If you don’t know what to do ask someone!;
  *   One last reminder -  Please ensure that you are registered to play otherwise team penalties apply.

Any player that wants to play one game is to pay the $20 casual fee at the TUHA pool desk to Afra (our Desk Officer). This includes interstate or international players looking for games.
