[Uwh-announce] Starting on time

Hi All,

Our first games, with rostered start at 7.15pm, have not started on time during recent weeks. Teams have lost some of their first half. So, what's the problem?  The players in those first games are not doing what they should be doing.......Getting the walls in!  Well some players are doing the right thing, but so many are just standing around, taking forever to get their gear on, chatting to their teammates.  The Aquatic Centre staff are generally doing a good job of getting the lane ropes out in quick time, so that is not the issue.

We need to get the first game underway at 7.15pm to keep to our pool booking i.e. we don't want to incur additional pool hire costs!

So please, please help by getting those walls in quick smart.
