[Uwh-announce] Wall / Bolt issue

 Hello Captains,
Please ensure your players are made aware of the following.
> Due to the identified issue with the A grade wall, the following action is to be taken in the event of the wall coming loose.
> - The referees will stop play
> - The wall will be made safe
> - Play will resume with an equal puck. No advantage will be recognised.
> Please note that we do not have the facility to stop the clock whilst this occurs and while we will endeavour to complete the task as quickly as possible, this will impact on game time.
> If the referees determine that there was any interference with the wall in order to gain an advantage, there will be a five minute penalty to the offending player.
> The referees will have the final and only say in this matter and no arguing or back chat will be tolerated. I'm still amazed that this needs to be said. Referees are volunteering their time for the benefit and well being of all. Please show them the respect you would expect yourself.
