[Uwh-announce] Schools Underwater Hockey call out for volunteers and large fins

Hi all,

Hot on the heels of the Tassie Nationals is the Junior Competition at Clarence Pool on Thursday's 7.30 - 8.30pm.

Interestingly, there were a number of U15 teams at the Nationals but no Tassie team.
BUT, we did have the winning U19 team!!!! Congrats to you guys and Steve Cleary.

Let's ensure that we keep up our high junior standard.

I invite you all to be part of this exciting comp in one way or another.
Please indicate your availability to assist and your preferred role asap and I will create an email group for sending specific information.

Mentor/coach (I have drills etc ready to go for the first couple of sessions)
Gear fitter and trouble shooter (we need lots of help here - defogging masks, redoing straps, correct fitting of fins etc)
Desk person to collect names and details etc
Generally looking fit and fantastic
Promotion - displaying some fabulous laminated pics or art work at the pool

Also!!!
If you have some larger fins - 42-44 ish that you can donate, please hand to Nat on Wed night.
