[Uwh-announce] TUHA update

Evening all! The end is nigh......well it's a little way off but hopefully we can get back for Pennant 2 which will be in Aug. So here's an update.
The DKHAC is pleased to announce an approved reopen date of Monday 13th July 2020, with most of the services being made available in some capacity, within guidelines and restrictions.

"As a large Centre offering services that must comply with multiple industry guidelines, it has been more complex for us to prepare for reopening than it may have been for businesses with fewer offerings. Some of these guidelines are still being clarified and altered on a daily basis.

* Until there are a further relaxation of restrictions or guidelines are in place to allow the Centre to operate with a greater capacity, the Centre will be prioritising the return of members (incl user groups) only in the initial stage of reopening. "

The Aquatic Centre and TUHA are working together to formulate a return to sport plan that will allow us to play pennant games or maybe an amended 4's type competition.

TUHA have NOT made any decisions on Nationals in Jan 2021. We just don't know if the borders will be open or whether there will be continuing social distancing requirements. We are continuing to take advice from the Dept of Health and are working in conjunction with the Aquatic Centre on getting our sport up and running again.
