[Uwh-announce] TUHA UPDATE - MEMBERS WITH NO FACEBOOK A/C

Morning all,

This email is for those members who don't have facebook. 

1.  The next come and try night is not just for kids but parents as well.  It will be held on Thursday 31st October 2019 at 7.30pm , Clarence YMCA

2. a Tribunal Hearing was held last Wednesday night relating to the abuse of an umpire during a recent game. The member concerned was subsequently suspended for several weeks and penalty points applied to their team. This is a timely reminder for all players to ensure that the team captain only speaks to the umpire. There is to be no abuse / intimidation or bad behaviour to any TUHA member/player / umpire / official. Umpires have been instructed to formally report any behaviour that contravenes the by-laws and/or “sin bin” players.
Please ensure that team sheets are filled out correctly and neatly and that teams supply umpires when required. Any team not supplying umpires will be subject to penalty points. Errors in team sheets affect the ladder / individual stats/ and the best & fairest and top goal count.

3, Just a reminder to put your name down for Monday night hockey. 4's competition.  We are hoping to have teams organised before Monday so we can have more game time!  Email Briody Hilder <thebriodstar at hotmail.com>
