Good afternoon User groups,

Just a friendly reminder to pass on to your groups that despite not needing to pay for entry, all patrons and groups without membership access are required to wait in line to be served by a customer service officer to gain access to the centre – please do not queue jump.

As you are aware, as part of our user group discussions we are looking at improving access for our user groups to speed up the time taken to enter the centre.

If this could be passed on to your members it would be greatly appreciated.
