Hi all TUHA members,

Expressions of interest are being sought for anyone wishing to represent Tasmania at the upcoming 2019 Australian National Championships in Cairns in the following teams:

Please send the attached nomination form to president at underwaterhockey.com.au<mailto:president at underwaterhockey.com.au> and secretary at underwaterhockey.com.au<mailto:secretary at underwaterhockey.com.au> if you are interested in playing.

The attached player contract does not need to be filled out now, but outlines the code of conduct expected of every player that is part of the Tasmanian Underwater Hockey team.

A progress payment of $300 is required prior to the selection dates outlined above in order for you to be selected. If you are selected this will form the first payment for the competition. For those not selected in the teams this money will be refunded.

Please pay the progress payment into the following account with your name as reference.
