[Uwh-announce] REMINDER - UWH - BEHAVIOUR

Well it's near the start of the pennant and I would like to take time to remind players about unsportsmanlike behaviour and backchat to referees.


Firstly, unsportsmanlike behaviour.  This is a mixed competition so if you are built like a tank and you find yourself facing off against an U15, don't plough through them as it just reinforces a poor image of you and your team.    It's no fun for those players left smashed and battered in your quest to score copious goals.  Our comp is a social comp, and if it isn't fun people stop playing.

Backchat to referees.  These guys have a hard enough job to do without the lip.....suffice to say .....DONT DO IT.....To quote Angus our Ex-chief ref.  " Live with the decision and move on"

Bad behaviour/language is not appropriate at any time either in the pool or around the aquatic complex, so don't drag UWH reputation down by bad behaviour/language.
