As previous coach of masters women at last worlds I am currently compiling a list of all interested masters women for next years worlds.
Candidates must be prepared to commit to a vigorous training program ( strength, cardio games and skills) as the skill standard and fitness of our masters women's team at last worlds was exceptional and we wish to maintain this bench mark.
Final selection selections will take place at Nationals.

Once this list is compiled you will receive information about any lead up camps, training expectations and or events.
