[Uwh-announce] Refs Course - Level 1: End of October

Hi All,

It is time! I need to run another refs course!

I am going to run a Level 1 Referees course over two nights at the end of
October.

October 26th 5:15 - 7:15 PM
November 2nd 5:15 - 7:15 PM

Venue -TBA

Cost: Depends on how many attend and the venue costs. The more attend, the
less it will cost! In the past it has cost $25. It will be significantly
less this time.

The TUHA Committee is committed to providing great refereeing to all our
games.

Therefore, from Pennant 1 2017 there will be a requirement for at least one
person from each team to have completed the course! We will work with C and
D grade teams to assist here.

Also, anybody who is playing at a national or international level MUST
complete the Level 1 course. Any players who have recently been briefed by
me prior to a national or international comp and not been given an exam,
will need to do the course.

So, if anybody wants or needs to attend, please email me.  I need to know
numbers by the week prior to get an idea of where I can run it. It'll
either be the pool, or very close by.
