[Uwh-announce] Referee Course and Pennant 1 2017 requirements for in Water referees

Hi All,

Firstly, thanks to those who are doing the course.

Now, I need to clarify the new requirements for referees next pennant. We
are not only aiming for a Level 1 referee in every team. We are asking that
anybody who does in water refereeing will need to have completed the L1
course.

So if you want to do the course:

October 26th 5:15 - 7:15 PM

November 2nd 5:15 - 7:15 PM
