[Uwh-announce] Setting up

Hello All,
I would like to give you all a gentle reminder about setup at the start of
the night.
Each week a team is nominated for setup on the roster. This week it's
Aquaholics. It is the responsibility of this team to get the trolley and
the other gear required and to place the goals and walls for each court on
the side of the pool and to start setting up the courts. This is a lot for
one team to do. Usually everyone who is there will pitch in and help,
especially the other teams who have first game.
 The timer will start a 4 minute countdown at 7.11pm regardless of what
progress has been made with the installation of the walls as any delay
means greater pool hire costs.
If you
It is in all our interests for the setup to happen as quickly as possible
and for as many as possible to pitch in and help. So If you're at the pool
for first game then please help out either by getting the gear or
installing the walls.
