Hi All - see attached!

Apologies for so many drafts, but this time we had to remove two of the C grade teams and reshuffle all the games, so it was a fairly major rewrite.
Captains - I'd greatly appreciate it if you could please read again and make sure there are no conflicts with games/refereeing duties etc.

All other players - feel free to do the same, and let me (and your Captains) know if you see any problems.
