[Uwh-announce] Abuse and backchat to players and Referees - Vast improvement! Keep it up

Hello all,

Just to follow on from my email a month ago, I'd like to congratulate all
players for taking on board this message by curbing backchat and abuse.
Although there has been a vast improvement, we are not quite there. I will
continue give all referees the support to deal with any undue backchat or
abuse with zero tolerance. If you get a warning for it, consider yourself
lucky.

Deck referees, you are also able to deal with this problem if you see it
occurring.

So on that note, good luck all those playing tonight, and don't forget to
do your duties!

*Remember, regardless of what you think of the call, live with it, keep
quiet and move on.*
