[Uwh-announce] Presentation Night

Dear all
I apologise for the poor wording of the announcement which went out to all
TUHA members regarding the upcoming Presentation Night function. TUHA does
not condone the abuse of alcohol and the message that inferred that a good
night out could be judged on whether it could be remembered or not was
misguided. We treat our sport very seriously, expecting players to see UWH
as an adjunct to staying fit and healthy. This marketing gimmick was
innocently used  to encourage people to come out and enjoy their evening
and celebrate their season by remembering past fun.
Presentation night has always been a family friendly event and we have
consistently encouraged the attendance of our juniors and their parents.
Separate flyers have been sent to the Junior members telling them about the
evening and encouraging them to bring their family along.
