Hello All State Players,
 As we only hire the pool from 7.30 - 9.00pm can we please consider the
pool staff and make sure that we are out of the pool at 9.00pm. This
includes removing goals and walls and cool downs. We are currently taking a
long time to leave the pool and it will help our relationship with the
Aquatic Centre if we recognise that the staff are keen to go home.
Unfortunately for the lifeguards, their duty of care requires them to
remain at the pool until we have all left the building. Equally we should
be ready to install the goals and walls at 7.30 with appropriate care for
ourselves, pool staff and other users.
 On Thursday nights this is a particular issue due to the Aqua aerobics
class held in the dive pool. This class has a  number of people who are
aged, disabled or otherwise incapacitated and wheeling the heavy trolley
safely past them and there associated equipment, can be a challenge. We
either move the goals and walls trolley before 6.30 or after 7.30.
 At the end of the night. As many of you are at the pool for team meetings
and warm ups I suggest that whoever gets to the pool first moves the
trolley. Can we make the  "last goal" call at 8.50pm to allow time for
removal of goals ,walls, cool downs and of course the hard fought "last
goal". Alternatively we can extend the pool hire until 9.30.
 Those of you who use the members facilities after training please be aware
that the pool is closed to the public at 9.00pm and this includes the
members area. If there are members who have issues with this, please
discuss your memberships with the pool as TUHA does not hire these
facilities.
