[Uwh-announce] Welcome Back Dgrade

Hello All,
Well we've had our first round of pennant 2, 2015 and the most obvious
change is the return of D grade. There are 4 new Dgrade teams comprised
mostly of the kids who have been playing schools on Monday night and
despite school holidays there was a good turn out. I am very excited about
this and confess to a soft spot for Dgrade as this was where I started. As
we know these kids are the future of our sport and the current Dgraders
will bear watching for those teams looking for recruits. I would like to
extend all our thanks to Glenn, Michelle and Colin for making this happen.

Guild Referees,
We require more guild refs. At the moment we are well short of the number
of refs needed. Tasmania is very lucky to have referees and this is evident
in our style of play. We will train and support you to becoming a guild ref
and I find it an enjoyable and satisfying role. Who knows, you may end up
traveling the world as a ref. ( I do ) Tasmania currently has 3
internationally recognised, revered and respected refs. (not me).
Please talk to Angus Colin or myself if you are even a teensy bit
interested.
