[Uwh-announce] Registration - IMPORTANT

Hi All,

Apologies for any cross-postings BUT THIS IS IMPORTANT.  As you should already be aware from earlier emails, your TUHA Registrations and membership payments for AUF are well and truly due for Pennant 2. Thanks to those who have paid up already. The process is now all on-line through the AUF website. See below for a list of instructions on how to do it, for those who already have log-in details (sent to you by email), but also for new players. If you are unsure whether you have paid or not for this pennant, ask Christian on the pool-desk to check the TUHA database, but please don't expect him to drop what he's doing to do it straight away.



Payment of Registration for Pennant 2 and AUF membership fees



TUHA now uses an on-line system for payment of player registration.  Registration needs to be done at the beginning of each pennant.

You may have already received instructions from TUHA Treasurer Nick Martyn on how to do this via uwh-announce.

Your payment is made via the Australian Underwater Federation (AUF) website. All players must be members of AUF to be eligible to play in our TUHA pennant competition.



For NEW PLAYERS or those returning to play after more than a pennant away, please register and pay as follows:

1. Go to http://auf.com.au/auf-membership/

2. Choose "New registration with AUF" from top right menu

3. Choose "Underwater Hockey TAS" from the "State Commissions" drop-down menu

4. Choose "TUHA" from the "Select club" drop-down menu, then click "next"

5. Choose the relevant pennant option; "2nd Pennant - Junior/Student"  or "2nd Pennant - Senior", then click "next"

6. Tick to indicate that you have read and agree to be bound by the AUF Terms and Conditions, then click "next"


7. Complete all the registration/membership details and then click "next"


8. Confirm the payment amount by clicking "next" and then choose "Add another registration" for adding your membership of AUF payment. This requires progressing through the same steps again (as above), but this time choose which AUF membership option you want.


We have kept the AUF membership registration separate from the Pennant registration as there are various AUF membership options. These include 6 month membership - Junior and Senior, Family memberships, and 4 year membership (this option is significantly less expensive than 6 month option).


9. After completing both Pennant and AUF membership registrations you can then proceed to pay for the combined amount with one payment.


The payment will appear in your bank statement as "IMG SPORTS TECHNOL RICHMOND"



For PLAYERS ALREADY REGISTERED, WHO HAVE AUF LOG-IN DETAILS

If you received an email recently from "TUHA [ memberships at auf.com.au<mailto:memberships at auf.com.au>]" containing your log-in details (username and password), please proceed as follows:

1. Go to http://auf.com.au/auf-membership/


2. Choose "Renew existing membership with AUF" from top right menu


3. Log-in, using your username and password. You will then see your membership details including expiry date of your current membership. Choose "Registration renewal" in top menu

4. Choose the relevant pennant option; "2nd Pennant - Junior/Student"  or "2nd Pennant - Senior", then click "next"


5. Tick to indicate that you have read and agree to be bound by the AUF Terms and Conditions, then click "next"


6. Complete all the registration/membership details and then click "next"


7. Confirm the payment amount by clicking "next". If your AUF membership requires renewal to cover Pennant 2 then choose "Add another registration" for adding your membership of AUF payment. This requires progressing through the same steps again (as above), but this time choose which AUF membership option you want.
