[Uwh-announce] Car Parking @ the pool.

This message was received by Colin Hepher recently.
I have just talked to Iain Barr at the pool and he says that the ticket will be validated at a machine inside the pool complex.
He also mentioned that it would probably be a while before it is functional.
For those with all electric mirrors and proximity sensors have fun driving past the gate.

Our car park is changing for the better!

We're making some changes here at the centre to make parking easier. We are aware that some of the previous parking restrictions have made it difficult and somewhat frustrating for those wanting to use the centre.

The new changes will ensure that our patrons are more carefully looked after when it comes to finding a car space, and being able to stay in the centre for as long as you like without the current restrictions.

The new ticketing system will be launched shortly and will allow you to spend more time in the centre, doing the things you love!

We will be launching the new ticketing system softly over the coming weeks. We appreciate your patience during this time, as we are learning too!

What will these changes mean?

When you arrive you will be issued with a ticket at boom gate. Don't leave this in your car. You must bring it into the centre with you.

Before you leave the centre you MUST validate your ticket.  This will ensure that you are not charged for using the car park whist in the
centre.

On your way out, insert ticket into boom gate machine and you're on your way!  Whilst you are in the centre there will be no charges and no time restrictions.
