[Uwh-announce] New Membership/Payment System - Thankyou to those who have already paid

A big thanks to those of you that have already paid through the new membership system. Especially to those that have provided feedback, much appreciated

I apologise to those of you who have already received a similar email from IMG, but please read the below.

ALL MEMBERS AND CURRENT PLAYERS:
If you haven't received an email outlining the new membership join up details then that means we either have an old email for you (that no longer works), or your aren't on our system. Due to some changes we can no longer accept money at the door as you would have realised. So we have moved to online payments and logins.

Please go to http://auf.com.au/auf-membership/
Select either Renew membership (and try to go down that path) or New membership.
State Commission: Underwater Hockey Tas'
Club: TUHA (very important you get that right)
Then click next, and select either:
Junior 1st Pennant - $150
Senior 1st Pennant - $175

This fee will cover all your pool entry (Monday and Wednesday nights), joining fee (TUHA, UHA, AUF), and insurances for the first pennant.

This is the first trial of this system, so please provide any constructive feedback you can. We are happy to explore other options but at this time, this is the best option we can come up with to facilitate ease of access and saving money for TUHA

As per the usual guidelines we will be providing a 4 game grace period. Anyone who is not a 'financial member' by 23rd April, If they play will cause their team to forfeit. We are now able to much more accurately, and very easily keep track of this record due to the payment system and databases associated with it. So please organise payment and avoid letting your team down. Please pass onto your team mates and anyone else yet to join the 21st century email and Stalkbook social media world.
