[Uwh-announce] Fee structure for 2014.

Good morning all players.
Due to the fact that the pool staff are not supposed to collect money any more the committee has had to devise an upfront payment system.
We are in the process of setting up an on-line system and will pass details on when we know them.
For now we have decided that as the AUF fees have been paid up until June we would charge for the first pennant only.
The fees have been set as:
Junior / Student $145.
Senior $155.
This includes your entries to the pool Wednesday and the 1 hour training session on Monday for the first pennant. We have kept this fee low and hope this will cover the expenses.

Schools will be billed/ per team for the competition on Monday.

This message is a heads up so the students among you can start gathering your gold.

We will evaluate the income and expenditure over the first pennant and set the second pennant fee accordingly.

The committee will keep you posted on how to pay and the data base system, but due to sorting out the teams and roster plus work commitments I cannot tell you when as yet.
The Wednesday roster is planned to start  on the 5th of March. Come and try sessions have already started on Monday (7:30 to 8:30).
