Dear A grade and C grade captains and playersCan
 you all make sure that the goals and walls of your respective courts 
are packed away onto the trolley at the end of your games (i.e. third 
games) to ensure that the pool is packed up in an orderly and timely way
 at the end of the night. If this does not happen, then the association 
will be charged for extra pool time, as the B grade teams (the last 
games of the evening) are not able to complete it in the current time
