We urgently need your assistance in finding a manager for the Tassie team at the upcoming nationals.

We called for volunteers a few weeks back but have had limited interest to date.  We advertised for one manager for the senior teams (mens & womens elites, and masters) and for a manager/chaperone for each of the junior teams.  We've had some interest in the manager/chaperone roles but so far no one has offered to take on the senior team management role.

Do you know anyone who might be interested in taking this on?  Travel costs for a State Team Manager would be covered.  Duties include:


*        Coordinating travel arrangements (flight and accommodation bookings, bus hire, etc)

*        Ordering bathers, uniforms, and associated kit

*        Coordinating finances including collecting money from participants, paying team fees (entry, travel, uniform, etc) and reconciling accounts

*        Liaising with competition organisers

If we don't find someone to act as State Team Manager each team will need to nominate a primary contact to take on coordination for their group.

The TUHA Committee is happy to start the ball rolling with accommodation bookings on behalf of teams but in the absence of a State Manager team delegates will need to work together to coordinate other elements.
