[Uwh-announce] Week 2 Semi Finals

G’day all,

Week 2 of finals.

*Note:* *teams have Deck reffing duties*. We will consider forfeits for
teams that fail to supply somebody to deck ref. In finals, that’d be really
bad.


Just another reminder, that all gear MUST BE BLACK OR WHITE as per the
rules. we let a couple through last week. This week, no go. This also goes
for gloves that are not strongly contrasting to their sticks.


Please paint your sticks, make sure your glove contrasts and replace those
faded blue caps. We will be checking it, and there are no excuses this week.

At least you'll know that we can clearly see that your legal knockdown
doesn't involve your glove. If its black on black, it'll surely get pinged.



Please continue to be nice to the refs. I'd like to point out that the
player behaviour overall, was pretty damned good last week! As ws the
quality of hockey.


Last but not least:


*Regardless of what you think of the call, it’s what it is. Live with it,
and move on.*
