Hi All,
Apologies for the delay in getting this out.

I need to raise the issue of guild refs, and the lack of them during the
World Underwater Hockey Championships.

Please be understanding if the guild refs are missing. Many are either
playing or refereeing at the worlds, and therefore won't be available to
referee during this time.

We will endeavour to do our best, but you might find that your team will
need to supply a full compliment of referees more often during this pennant.
