[Uwh-announce] Call to arms-Referees for Australian Nationals January 2013

G'day all,

As you are all no doubt aware, the Australian Nationals are being played in Hobart from 24-28th January 2013. I'm after referees for this competition.

Now why would you do it you ask!

Well I'm glad you did! You get to see some pretty amazing hockey and you get some great exposure to nationals level gameplay.

I need both playing referees (as in players who are competing, but also want to ref) and non-playing referees (who just ref-it's a fair bit easier than doing both!). So if you are interested, let me know your referee qualification, whether you are playing or a non-playing referee and if you need assessment at the competition to upgrade your existing qualification. I'll need you to contact me regardless of whether we have discussed it poolside, as I'll need to know if you are still keen!
You will get some cool things like a Tee shirt, not to mention the street cred of reffing a national level competition. What more could you ask for? Well, email me and I'll let you know!

And if you are in Launceston, its only 2 hrs  away and a great opportunity to get exposure to top notch hockey!

There will be a call to arms for volunteers soon, so if you are not entirely keen on the reffing, there's the volunteer pathway. But that's another email.
