[Uwh-announce] REFS NEEDED !! and a new Womens League for Pennant 2

Hi All,

Firstly,  we need 3 more refs for tomorrow night's 2nd semi-finals.  Specifically we need 2 in-water refs and a deck ref for the C grade final which is being played at 7.15pm.
Many thanks to those who have volunteered already (Simon Talbot, Jane Davis, Pieter van der Woude, David Lambert) but we NEED MORE!  If we don't fill these spots we'll have to ask the A grade teams to provide refs for that game, which is not ideal as they should be able to spend that time getting ready for their final.  If you can help out tomorrow night, please let me know asap.
And you don't have to pay the pool-entry fee if you are just coming to ref!

David Lambert approached our Committee with the idea of starting up a Monday night  Womens League comp., and, at our Committee Meeting last week, we gave it the big thumbs up.  See David's flyer attached. The plan at this stage is to start the comp around the second week of the new pennant i.e. Mon 18th July.
