[Uwh-announce] Pennant 1 - 2011

Hi All,

Happy New Year !!

I hope you are All looking forward to the start of Pennant 1 for 2011.  At this stage we are looking to have the pennant start on Wed 23rd Feb which is about a week earlier than 'normal'.

Team Captains (i.e. Capts of teams from last pennant) can you please confirm whether your team will be competing in this upcoming pennant, indicating Grade of choice and also send your player lists as best you know them at this stage.

And this is also the first call for Draft players -  players who wish to move up or down a grade, new players to the sport, and players who have been out of the sport for a while and are making a comeback.  If you wish to go into the A, B, or C Grade pre-pennant drafts, please let me know.  It is likely (to be confirmed at next week's Committee meeting) that the draft meetings will be held in the week  7 - 11 Feb, or possibly the following week.

Players who wish to be a formal Recruit player in a higher grade  team should also let me know.
