As a result of discussions at the committee meeting last night , I would ask that
<b>C grade captains</b> <u>now</u> have a look in their teams for players that would like to assist with the creation of an extra team or teams within
<b>C grade</b>. <o:p></o:p></p>

Last pennant we had up to 12-13 players across several teams within C grade .. We have experienced people that are able to mentor and manage these new teams. The creation of these team(s) will ensure that the grade is competitive and players are taught appropriate
skills so they can move up to B or A.<o:p></o:p></p>
