<div>A few reminders:</div>
<ol>
<li>If your team is listed to be on set-up for the evening, then you are responsible for getting all equipment out of the gear cage and setting it up!!! <b><u>Captains</u></b>, please make sure you have enough people from your team at the pool early to ensure
we are able to start the game <u>on time!</u>
<ul>
<li><u>Captains of other teams playing in the first game time slot</u> – you are <u>
also</u> responsible for ensuring the walls are in so that the games can start on time. Please ensure that YOUR team is at the pool early enough to help with this.</li></ul>
</li><li><b>Teams listed for refereeing duties: Please assume that you will <b>need </b>to supply all 3 water referees and the deck referee</b>!
<ul>
<li>If the guild referees are able to attend, then obviously that will reduce the number of referees you have to put into the water, but they
<u>are</u> volunteers, and they may not be able to make it at short notice. It will be your team that loses points for not supplying referees, if there are not 3 water referees and a deck referee ready to go by the time the game is scheduled to start.</li></ul>
<ul>
<li><i>Note; I have asked guild refs to let you know if they will be unable to make it (or to find a replacement guild ref if possible), but I can’t guarantee that will always happen.</i></li></ul>
</li><li>The duties of the deck referees are listed below (and are on the scoresheets, as well!). Captains of refereeing teams – please ensure your deck referees fulfil these as required. Your team may lose points if these are not done.</li></ol>

or observed any 'nasty' play such as fighting, swearing etc). In any such case do not award it, and note a brief reason on the team sheet.</b></td>
