<div dir="ltr">Folks,<div><br></div><div>Firstly I should apologise for the delay in getting back onto the discussions we started earlier in the year. The World Championships have had a significant impact on this pennant, and it seemed more appropriate to wait for everything to settle back down to normal, before continuing on.</div>

<div><br></div><div>Secondly, I know many of you would like to have everyone included on the discussions, but because of the diverse views and the number of players it would be difficult to make progress and gain consensus on the various issues. So in order to work with a more manageable group we are going to use the Captains Meeting as the forum. This means that individuals will need to express their views through their captains. </div>

<div><br></div><div>The Schedule will be</div><div><br></div><div>A Grade 7:00 - 7:30  to discuss the quality of the competition and whether or not there needs to be any movements of teams or players to even out the competition better.</div>

<div><br></div><div>B Grade 7:30 - 8:00 to discuss the reverse recruit system and the transition of the reverse recruits to B grade.</div><div><br></div><div>C Grade 8:00 - 8:30 to discuss the junior team and the development of juniors in C grade</div>

<div><br></div><div>General Discussion 8:30 - 9:00 to discuss any changes and the implications on all grades.</div><div><br></div><div>Because, there will be training for the state teams, which will mostly involve the A grade teams, A grade will get to go first, and will hopefully be able to rejoin the meeting after training for the general discussion.</div>

<div><br></div><div>What I would like is for all captains to attend, or nominate a representative who can attend instead, but we only want one representative from each team. Could all captains email back to Chris Bond at <a href="mailto:Bond.002@bigpond.com" target="_blank" style="font-size:13px;font-family:arial,sans-serif">Bond.002@bigpond.com</a> and let me know who will be attending.</div>
