<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-GB">I thought about putting this in the other email, but didn’t think it’d be necessary. However, I was wrong:</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-GB">Courts 2 and 3 end subbing:</span></p>

</span></span></span><span lang="EN-GB"> Any player must be COMPLETELY out of the water before the replacement player can enter the game</span></p>

</span></span></span><span lang="EN-GB">NO part of the body, including feet, can be left in the pool. This includes fins overhanging, especially when play is on the tray beneath the subs.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-GB"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-GB">While I have everybody’s attention, there has been a general improvement in behaviour, both generally and towards referees over that last two pennants. We wish to maintain this and continue to improve player-referee
relationships. So, I’ve got a couple of points I’d like to make:</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-GB"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="text-indent:-18.0pt"><span lang="EN-GB"><span style="">1.<span style="font:7.0pt "Times New Roman"">
</span></span></span><span lang="EN-GB">Regardless of what you think of the call, it’s what it is. Live with it, and move on.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="text-indent:-18.0pt"><span lang="EN-GB"><span style="">2.<span style="font:7.0pt "Times New Roman"">
</span></span></span><span lang="EN-GB">If you feel the calls are a problem, GO TO YOUR CAPTAIN to ask them to raise the issue with the refs in a natural break in play. If you don’t do this, the refs may give you an enforced breather for a minute or two on
the side-line. Your team might not appreciate the fact that you just reduced your side by one player, so keep them in mind as well.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="text-indent:-18.0pt"><span lang="EN-GB"><span style="">3.<span style="font:7.0pt "Times New Roman"">
</span></span></span><span lang="EN-GB">There is a roaming poolside guild ref at the moment, who is keeping an eye out across all three courts for unsportsmanlike conduct on the surface, whether it is between players or aimed at refs. Think of this person as
roaming deck ref support and therefore has the right to get you pinged by the deck ref for any behaviour they deem unsuitable, including aggression, bad language etc.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="text-indent:-18.0pt"><span lang="EN-GB"><span style="">4.<span style="font:7.0pt "Times New Roman"">
</span></span></span><span lang="EN-GB">If you feel that you have been on the receiving end of some crap, come and see me. UWH is a great game, and the last thing you need is to lose that enjoyment factor.</span></p>
