<p class="MsoNormal">A number of incidents occurred in last weeks games where unsportsmanlike behaviour was witnessed by players and referees.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">The players involved received time penalties.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">On behalf of the committee, I would like to remind everyone that contact is supposed to be between the puck and sticks only. A deliberate foul can attract a minimum 2 minute penalty, and in some cases if serious enough, can result in dismissal
from the game and a report.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Please keep in mind that although we play this game seriously, it is important that we all conduct ourselves appropriately when playing and refereeing.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Also a reminder for the poolside referee that you are technically in charge of the game. If you see fouls (surface) which you don’t think the in-water referees are dealing with appropriately, then it would be good for you to stop the game
and discipline players.<o:p></o:p></p>
